Established in 2007, our team has grown to over 25 people. Our engineers will work on projects nationwide and our survey crews handle construction projects throughout the Mid-Atlantic region, including southeastern Pennsylvania, Delaware, South Jersey, Maryland, and Northern Virginia.

Stephen Thomas, PE

Steve Thomas

Mr. Thomas is a registered professional civil engineer with experience on both sides of the industry; prior to co-founding MESH Consulting in June 2007, Mr. Thomas spent twelve years with a civil engineering design firm and four years in the GPS/Surveying/Engineering department of a large Heavy/Highway contractor. During his experience with the design consultant, Mr. Thomas was responsible for the design, approval, and construction oversight of numerous large commercial and residential developments, including Main Street at Exton, an approximately 900,000 SF town center in Chester County, PA.

While working for the contractor, Mr. Thomas completed value engineering, data preparation, and stakeout setup for projects ranging from small residential subdivisions to $100+ million dollar highway projects. The GPS/Surveying/Engineering department supported and provided data preparation for over 70 machine control systems and 30 rovers. In addition, Mr. Thomas has provided quality control and constructability reviews for over 1000 engineering land development plans. Mr. Thomas graduated from The Pennsylvania State University with a degree in Civil Engineering and is currently a licensed engineer in eight states.

At MESH Consulting, Mr. Thomas primarily oversees the Engineering/value engineering projects, including the residential interim grading design.

Stephen Narducci

Steve Narducci

Mr. Narducci has over 35 years of experience in the Construction Industry, including 17-years with a Top 50 Heavy and Highway Contractor where he served on their elite, six-member Senior Management Team. This team was responsible for the policies and direction of their company.

Throughout his career, his job titles include: Surveyor, Excavating Foreman, Estimator, Superintendent, and Global Positioning System Manager. As the GPS Manager, Steve was responsible for the strategy, implementation and management of their GPS program, including personnel management, training, profit/loss analysis, and technical support to the field employees. This successful program is recognized as one of the largest in the Construction Industry.

Through his vast experience and knowledge Mr. Narducci can offer companies valuable consulting advice in an effort to help them meet their goals.

Kenneth Herwig

Partner, Survey Manager

Kenneth Herwig

Ken is an accomplished surveying and GPS machine control professional with a decade plus in experiece. As our survey manager, Ken manages all aspects of our survey department, including 7 field crews and 4 office engineers.

Prior to MESH, Ken graduated from Rutgers University and worked as project engineer and survey manager for Sevenson Environmental Services, Inc., working with GPS systems in their dredging operations.

Alexander Miller

Engineering Manager

Alexander Miller

Alex has been with MESH for over 12-years. He started right out of high school, working summers during his college years. Alex graduated in 2016 from Penn State University with bachelor of science degree in Civil Engineering.

At MESH Consulting, Mr. Miller primarily oversees the 3D modeling for Machine Control projects. His team build's hundreds of models each year.
