About MESH CONSULTING

MESH Consulting bridges the gap between civil design and field construction. Established in 2007, our team has grown to over 35 people. Our engineers work on projects nationwide and our survey crews handle construction projects throughout the Mid-Atlantic region, including southeastern Pennsylvania, Delaware, South Jersey, Maryland, and Northern Virginia.

Stephen Thomas, PE

Managing Partner

Steve Thomas

PE

Steve Thomas is a registered professional civil engineer with extensive experience in civil design, construction, surveying, and GPS machine control. Prior to co-founding MESH Consulting in 2007, Steve spent 12 years with a civil engineering design firm and four years with a large heavy/highway contractor, giving him experience on both the design and construction sides of the industry.

Throughout his career, Steve has led the design and construction oversight of major commercial and residential developments, performed value engineering and constructability reviews, and prepared data for projects ranging from residential subdivisions to $100+ million highway projects. He has also reviewed more than 1,000 land development plans for constructability and quality control.

Steve holds a degree in Civil Engineering from Penn State and is a licensed professional engineer in eight states. At MESH, he oversees engineering and value engineering services, including residential interim grading design.

Stephen Narducci

Managing Partner

Steve Narducci

Mr. Narducci has over 35 years of experience in the Construction Industry, including 17-years with a Top 50 Heavy and Highway Contractor where he served on their elite, six-member Senior Management Team. This team was responsible for the policies and direction of their company.

Throughout his career, his job titles include: Surveyor, Excavating Foreman, Estimator, Superintendent, and Global Positioning System Manager. As the GPS Manager, Steve was responsible for the strategy, implementation and management of their GPS program, including personnel management, training, profit/loss analysis, and technical support to the field employees. This successful program is recognized as one of the largest in the Construction Industry.

Through his vast experience and knowledge Mr. Narducci can offer companies valuable consulting advice in an effort to help them meet their goals.

Kenneth Herwig

Partner, Survey & BIM

Kenneth Herwig

Ken is an accomplished surveying and GPS machine control professional with a decade plus in experiece. As our survey manager, Ken manages all aspects of our survey department, including 7 field crews and 4 office engineers.

Prior to MESH, Ken graduated from Rutgers University and worked as project engineer and survey manager for Sevenson Environmental Services, Inc., working with GPS systems in their dredging operations.

Alexander Miller

Partner, GPS Modeling

Alexander Miller

Alex has been with MESH for over 12-years. He started right out of high school, working summers during his college years. Alex graduated in 2016 from Penn State University with bachelor of science degree in Civil Engineering.

At MESH Consulting, Mr. Miller primarily oversees the 3D modeling for Machine Control projects. His team build's hundreds of models each year.

As our Controller, Heidi handles the Accounting, Human Resources, and IT functions at MESH. She graduated from The Pennsylvania State University with a B.S. in Geo-Environmental Engineering and from Temple University with a Masters in Business Administration.
