Miller’s Pointe

MESH provided interim grading design for a 90 lot Lennar residential subdivision. The interim grade is designed to balance house construction on lot (no lot-to-lot movement) for all lots and not just a pad schematic proposed for the lots. The result is a comprehensive grading plan that also provides positive drainage during temporary lot grading that ties to the finished grades off lot. A machine control model was provided for use by the site contractor and for field verification of lots by SmartSite Management prior to builder turnover.

The result is a comprehensive grading plan that also provides positive drainage during temporary lot grading that ties to the finished grades off lot. A machine control model was provided for use by the site contractor and for field verification of lots prior to builder closing.
