Tabor Tract

This is a 20-acre commercial project with senior care, medical, and office space in southeast Pennsylvania. MESH assisted our client with earthwork balancing prior to the start of construction, built the GPS grading models, performed all sitework and building survey layout, and prepared as-built plans upon project completion. The below series of photos shows existing conditions plans, orthophoto of the initial drone topo, proposed conditions plan sheet, orthophoto of our final drone topo, and our final as-built plan. Utilizing drone technology for topographic & as-built surveys allowed MESH to complete this project well below budget & ahead of schedule.
